Organic Buckwheat I'm telling you what, it just keeps getting better and better! For a healthy appetite fatigue buster this is awesome stuff. It has a unique nutty flavor and can be milled into a fine grit or meal, or ground into flour. It is excellent in multiple bread products and is really high in iron. The buckwheat molasses bread recipe found on this site is a favorite at bread events. Buckwheat is cholesterol free and nearly fat free and is composed of nearly 75% complex carbohydrates.
Buckwheat is not wheat at all, it is actually a seed from a plant that is related to rhubarb. Buckwheat is gluten free!

Honey is a commodity that is becoming increasingly difficult to get as hives are collapsing all over the world, particularly in North America, due to colony collapse disorder. Honey has a decades long shelf life and I would highly recommend streching to take advantage of this shipment if you can.

I highly recommend this yeast! It is vacuum sealed and feels like a brick until you open it. The company only guarantees it to be viable two years from the purchase date, but let me tell you that it lasts forever. My personal stash is seven years old now; I cook bread with it every day, and it is as viable as the day I purchased it. I know of a woman whose yeast is fourteen years old and it works great! You can purchase a supply of this yeast with confidence. When considering a years supply, think about how many loaves of bread you would need to bake for your family each day for a year.

Morning Moo Milk Products
Morning Moo milk alternative is a blend of Sweet Dairy Whey and dairy and non-dairy solids. Whey is a rich source of vitamins and calcium. Morning Moo has only 9% lactose versus 20% in regular milk, making it usable by many who are lactose intolerant. Shelf life is about 10 years. Milk will last 5-7 days in the refrigerator. My parents used this all of the time when I was a child. Every Sunday we would have waffles topped with strawberries and whipped cream.

Powdered Whole Eggs
The last time I priced powdered eggs they worked out to be about 19.00 a dozen! Uh-no. I would have a hen roost in my hair first. Times have changed and powdered eggs are more affordable. Still a little high in comparison to buying eggs at the grocery store, but I consider it a necessary investment. A few pennies for a huge amount of nutritional and baking security.
Excellent food storage addition. Use for cooking. If you add a little powdered milk and oil you can mix up scrambled eggs. I highly recommend reconstituting powdered anything and allowing the product to rehydrate thoroughly before use. You always get a better quality end product that way
